At BOOX Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your electronic reading experience; if you are not, you may return your device within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging with all included accessories and documentation.

Return Process

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request with your order number and reason for return.

  Prepare Package

  Carefully pack your BOOX device, including all original cables and styluses, into its original box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send your package to our designated processing center.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our technicians inspect the device for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
